Most of the sales in East Dulwich over the past year were flats which on average sold for £398,894. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £795,730 and semi-detached properties averaged at £1,064,436.
East Dulwich, with an overall average price of £624,114 was more expensive than nearby Nunhead (£434,612), but was cheaper than Dulwich (£656,397) and Dulwich Village (£1,235,365).
In the past year house prices in East Dulwich were 19% up on the year before and 46% up on 2012 when they averaged at £428,597.
