Most of the sales in East Dulwich over the past year were flats which on average sold for £400,928. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £799,296 and semi-detached properties averaged at £1,044,983.
East Dulwich, with an overall average price of £615,361, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Dulwich (£640,225), but was more expensive than Nunhead (£450,310) and cheaper than Dulwich Village (£1,242,849).
In the past year house prices in East Dulwich were 11% up on the year before and 43% up on 2012 when they averaged at £428,863.
