Most of the sales in East Finchley over the past year were flats which on average sold for £451,791. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £877,367 and semi-detached properties averaged at £1,271,899.
East Finchley, with an overall average price of £777,066 was more expensive than nearby Finchley (£609,019), but was cheaper than Hampstead Garden Suburb (£1,017,312) and Temple Fortune (£995,690).
In the past year house prices in East Finchley were similar to the year before and 17% down on 2014 when they averaged at £935,972.
