Most of the sales in East Preston over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £586,902. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £231,208 and terraced properties averaged at £210,476.

East Preston, with an overall average price of £384,045 was more expensive than nearby Angmering-On-Sea (£290,951), Ferring (£311,718) and Rustington (£246,350).

In the past year house prices in East Preston were 33% up on the year before and 20% up on 2008 when they averaged at £320,656.
