Most of the sales in East Riding Of Yorkshire over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £107,416. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £146,515 and detached properties averaged at £250,543.
East Riding Of Yorkshire, with an overall average price of £157,321, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby South Yorkshire (£151,550), but was cheaper than North Yorkshire (£219,076) and West Yorkshire (£168,706). The most expensive area within East Riding Of Yorkshire was Bubwith (£370,994) and the cheapest was Withernsea (£105,847).
In the past year house prices in East Riding Of Yorkshire were similar to the year before and 8% up on 2010 when they averaged at £145,066.
