The majority of sales in Edgwarebury during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £545,247. Flats sold for an average of £321,236, with terraced properties fetching £606,159.
Edgwarebury, with an overall average price of £524,902 was more expensive than nearby Edgware (£433,729) and Burnt Oak (£327,093), but was cheaper than Mill Hill (£619,003).
Overall sold prices in Edgwarebury over the last year were 17% up on the previous year and 26% up on the 2013 level of £415,442.
