The majority of sales in Edgwarebury during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £321,649. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £528,260, with terraced properties fetching £500,561.
Edgwarebury, with an overall average price of £440,962 was more expensive than nearby Edgware (£403,372) and Burnt Oak (£295,450), but was cheaper than Mill Hill (£598,467).
Overall sold prices in Edgwarebury over the last year were similar to the previous year and 8% up on the 2012 level of £408,382.
