Most of the sales in Farndon over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £125,500. Detached properties had an average sold price of £202,000 and terraced properties averaged at £95,000.

Farndon, with an overall average price of £138,531, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Newark (£135,541), but was cheaper than Balderton (£145,537) and Bleasby (£486,800).

In the past year house prices in Farndon were 24% down on the year before and 27% down on 2008 when they averaged at £188,479.
