Great Langdale, with an overall average price of £513,075 was more expensive than nearby Ambleside (£396,791) and Coniston (£340,048), but was cheaper than Grasmere (£606,032).
In the past year house prices in Great Langdale were 95% up on the year before and similar to 2013 when they averaged at £519,500.
