Last year most property sales in Hayes Town involved flats which sold for on average £277,154. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £360,111, while semi-detached properties fetched £396,581.
Hayes Town, with an overall average price of £325,750, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Hayes End (£339,432) and Hayes (£327,875), but was more expensive than Yeading (£304,833).
During the last year, sold prices in Hayes Town were 8% up on the previous year and 37% up on 2012 when the average house price was £237,433.
