Last year most property sales in Henbury involved terraced properties which sold for on average £244,426. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £228,100, while flats fetched £153,144.
Henbury, with an overall average price of £254,741, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Brentry (£250,043) and Southmead (£248,425), but was cheaper than Coombe Dingle (£350,837).
During the last year, sold prices in Henbury were 16% up on the previous year and 24% up on 2013 when the average house price was £204,957.
