The majority of sales in Henley-On-Thames during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £533,657. Flats sold for an average of £388,989, with detached properties fetching £1,021,627.
Henley-On-Thames, with an overall average price of £626,425 was more expensive than nearby Sonning Common (£471,187) and Woodcote (£570,765), but was cheaper than Nettlebed (£784,844).
Overall sold prices in Henley-On-Thames over the last year were 17% up on the previous year and 27% up on the 2013 level of £492,306.
