The majority of sales in Henley-On-Thames during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £531,634. Flats sold for an average of £297,467, with detached properties fetching £835,263.
Henley-On-Thames, with an overall average price of £533,067 was more expensive than nearby Sonning Common (£438,591) and Woodcote (£426,571), but was cheaper than Nettlebed (£577,375).
Overall sold prices in Henley-On-Thames over the last year were 6% up on the previous year and 9% up on the 2012 level of £487,325.
