The majority of sales in Hessle during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £122,275. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £163,259, with detached properties fetching £301,463.
Hessle, with an overall average price of £166,841 was more expensive than nearby Anlaby (£156,082), but was cheaper than Kirk Ella (£236,360) and Swanland (£346,767).
Overall sold prices in Hessle over the last year were 3% up on the previous year and 3% up on the 2013 level of £162,127.
