Most of the sales in Highams Park over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £490,386. Flats had an average sold price of £273,548 and semi-detached properties averaged at £542,947.
Highams Park, with an overall average price of £421,289, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Chingford Hatch (£432,975), but was cheaper than Hale End (£535,595) and Oakhill (£547,967).
In the past year house prices in Highams Park were 5% up on the year before and 34% up on 2014 when they averaged at £315,332.
