Most of the sales in Highbury over the past year were flats which on average sold for £572,908. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £1,350,502 and semi-detached properties averaged at £2,164,550.
Highbury, with an overall average price of £768,869 was more expensive than nearby Islington (£680,920) and Newington Green (£650,067), but was cheaper than Canonbury (£898,071).
In the past year house prices in Highbury were 26% up on the year before and 44% up on 2012 when they averaged at £535,717.
