Last year most property sales in Hillingdon involved flats which sold for on average £262,924. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £435,546, while terraced properties fetched £371,945.
Hillingdon, with an overall average price of £399,424 was cheaper than nearby Ealing (£531,080), Hounslow (£468,985) and Hammersmith And Fulham (£940,587). The priciest area within Hillingdon was Moor Park (£994,439) and the least expensive was Heathrow (£95,000).
During the last year, sold prices in Hillingdon were 13% up on the previous year and 30% up on 2013 when the average house price was £306,803.
