Hillingdon, with an overall average price of £381,992 was cheaper than nearby Ealing (£515,553), Hounslow (£451,557) and Hammersmith And Fulham (£942,886). The priciest area within Hillingdon was Moor Park (£983,716) and the least expensive was Heathrow (£111,000).
During the last year, sold prices in Hillingdon were 12% up on the previous year and 30% up on 2012 when the average house price was £294,310.
