Last year most property sales in Hillingdon involved flats which sold for on average £221,451. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £334,494, while semi-detached properties fetched £377,646.
Hillingdon, with an overall average price of £353,205 was cheaper than nearby Ealing (£506,350), Hounslow (£427,377) and Hammersmith And Fulham (£875,927). The priciest area within Hillingdon was Moor Park (£801,256) and the least expensive was Heathrow (£133,250).
During the last year, sold prices in Hillingdon were 15% up on the previous year and 20% up on 2012 when the average house price was £294,286.
