Last year most property sales in Hillingdon involved flats which sold for on average £226,832. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £338,043, while semi-detached properties fetched £384,962.
Hillingdon, with an overall average price of £360,155 was cheaper than nearby Ealing (£513,045), Hounslow (£431,885) and Hammersmith And Fulham (£911,341). The priciest area within Hillingdon was Moor Park (£814,586) and the least expensive was Heathrow (£146,500).
During the last year, sold prices in Hillingdon were 16% up on the previous year and 22% up on 2012 when the average house price was £294,286.
