Last year most property sales in Hillingdon Heath involved terraced properties which sold for on average £426,222. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £455,526, while flats fetched £276,346.
Hillingdon Heath, with an overall average price of £436,965, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby North Hillingdon (£449,124), but was more expensive than Hillingdon (£407,728) and cheaper than Uxbridge (£462,902).
During the last year, sold prices in Hillingdon Heath were 14% up on the previous year and 30% up on 2014 when the average house price was £336,152.
