Hope, with an overall average price of £210,342 was more expensive than nearby Caergwrle (£143,909), but was cheaper than Higher Kinnerton (£257,116) and Penyffordd (£221,324).
During the last year, sold prices in Hope were 5% up on the previous year and 3% down on 2011 when the average house price was £217,555.
