The majority of sales in Hove during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £232,611. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £428,140, with terraced properties fetching £342,310.

Hove, with an overall average price of £312,475, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Hove (£315,214) and Preston Park (£323,843), but was more expensive than Hangleton (£281,248).

Overall sold prices in Hove over the last year were 6% up on the previous year and 5% up on the 2010 level of £299,011.
