The majority of sales in Kentish Town during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £550,038. Terraced properties sold for an average of £1,365,506, with semi-detached properties fetching £1,750,093.
Kentish Town, with an overall average price of £729,966 was more expensive than nearby Gospel Oak (£545,404) and Chalk Farm (£628,532), but was cheaper than Dartmouth Park (£786,865).
Overall sold prices in Kentish Town over the last year were 18% up on the previous year and 37% up on the 2012 level of £534,672.
