The majority of sales in Kings Langley during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £324,628. Detached properties sold for an average of £580,000, with terraced properties fetching £254,794.
Kings Langley, with an overall average price of £377,239 was more expensive than nearby Abbots Langley (£293,520) and Leverstock Green (£317,664), but was cheaper than Chipperfield (£684,324).
Overall sold prices in Kings Langley over the last year were 17% up on the previous year and 9% up on the 2008 level of £345,761.
