Last year most property sales in Kinver involved detached properties which sold for on average £370,257. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £217,290, while terraced properties fetched £249,788.
Kinver, with an overall average price of £279,455 was more expensive than nearby Wall Heath (£206,789) and Wombourne (£196,631), but was cheaper than Bobbington (£318,500).
