Last year most property sales in Kinver involved detached properties which sold for on average £344,320. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £233,367, while terraced properties fetched £249,788.
Kinver, with an overall average price of £273,792 was more expensive than nearby Wall Heath (£199,488) and Wombourne (£202,397), but was cheaper than Bobbington (£318,500).
During the last year, sold prices in Kinver were 9% up on the previous year and 10% down on 2009 when the average house price was £302,825.
