Last year most property sales in Lancing involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £207,231. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £190,765, while detached properties fetched £281,293.

Lancing, with an overall average price of £201,919 was more expensive than nearby West Worthing (£185,379), but was cheaper than Shoreham Beach (£287,363) and Shoreham-By-Sea (£270,666).
