Last year most property sales in Lancing involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £204,436. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £184,078, while detached properties fetched £280,282.

Lancing, with an overall average price of £199,879 was more expensive than nearby West Worthing (£187,392), but was cheaper than Shoreham Beach (£289,104) and Shoreham-By-Sea (£270,407).
