Most of the sales in Langford over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £188,662. Detached properties had an average sold price of £372,766 and semi-detached properties averaged at £249,905.
Langford, with an overall average price of £257,228 was more expensive than nearby Biggleswade (£228,150), but was cheaper than Clifton (£408,982) and Henlow (£330,538).
In the past year house prices in Langford were 3% down on the year before and 4% down on 2009 when they averaged at £267,737.
