Most of the sales in Leeds over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £157,385. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £121,258 and detached properties averaged at £279,278.

Leeds, with an overall average price of £160,841, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Meanwood (£165,646), but was more expensive than Leeds City Centre (£126,690) and cheaper than Chapel Allerton (£175,293).

In the past year house prices in Leeds were similar to the year before and similar to 2007 when they averaged at £164,945.
