Last year most property sales in Lichfield involved detached properties which sold for on average £314,600. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £193,520, while terraced properties fetched £182,805.

Lichfield, with an overall average price of £229,759, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Fradley (£238,628), but was cheaper than Whittington (£251,325) and Shenstone (£350,498).
