The majority of sales in Limehouse during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £449,310. Terraced properties sold for an average of £657,000, with detached properties fetching £770,000.
Limehouse, with an overall average price of £463,801, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Stepney (£465,618) and Poplar (£446,647), but was cheaper than Mile End (£508,588).
Overall sold prices in Limehouse over the last year were similar to the previous year and 19% up on the 2013 level of £389,622.
