The majority of sales in Limehouse during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £449,976. Terraced properties sold for an average of £637,413, with detached properties fetching £770,000.
Limehouse, with an overall average price of £464,146, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Stepney (£457,815), but was more expensive than Poplar (£436,787) and cheaper than Mile End (£494,882).
Overall sold prices in Limehouse over the last year were 5% up on the previous year and 19% up on the 2013 level of £389,622.
