Most of the sales in Longfield over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £595,864. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £411,932 and terraced properties averaged at £279,846.
Longfield, with an overall average price of £467,024, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Hartley (£459,541), but was more expensive than Istead Rise (£383,650) and cheaper than New Barn (£543,307).
In the past year house prices in Longfield were 5% down on the year before and 4% up on 2015 when they averaged at £448,761.
