Most of the sales in Longford over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £225,778. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £300,333 and detached properties averaged at £375,500.

Longford, with an overall average price of £262,222, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Sipson (£262,222), but was more expensive than West Drayton (£242,256) and cheaper than Harmondsworth (£294,727).
