The majority of sales in Loughor during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £109,281. Detached properties sold for an average of £162,423, with terraced properties fetching £112,389.
Loughor, with an overall average price of £121,371, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Gorseinon (£119,425) and Gowerton (£123,538), but was cheaper than Three Crosses (£240,559).
Overall sold prices in Loughor over the last year were similar to the previous year and 12% down on the 2005 level of £138,147.
