Most of the sales in Marton-In-Cleveland over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £222,428. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £147,020 and flats averaged at £71,905.
Marton-In-Cleveland, with an overall average price of £171,925, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Marton (£170,869), but was more expensive than Coulby Newham (£139,121) and Ormesby (£111,581).
In the past year house prices in Marton-In-Cleveland were 5% up on the year before and similar to 2010 when they averaged at £174,489.
