The majority of sales in Merrow during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £836,201. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £527,681, with flats fetching £355,283.
Merrow, with an overall average price of £634,991 was more expensive than nearby Burpham (£471,351), Guildford (£549,506) and Chilworth (£531,312).
Overall sold prices in Merrow over the last year were similar to the previous year and 19% up on the 2014 level of £535,347.
