Last year most property sales in Mill Hill involved flats which sold for on average £475,294. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £611,955, while terraced properties fetched £496,408.
Mill Hill, with an overall average price of £598,467 was more expensive than nearby Grahame Park (£309,511), Grahame Park Estate (£309,511) and Burnt Oak (£295,450).
During the last year, sold prices in Mill Hill were 18% up on the previous year and 24% up on 2010 when the average house price was £482,671.
