Most of the sales in Minera over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £222,874. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £131,000 and terraced properties averaged at £85,000.
Minera, with an overall average price of £179,461 was more expensive than nearby Coedpoeth (£135,666) and Tanyfron (£138,573), but was cheaper than Bwlchgwyn (£213,000).
In the past year house prices in Minera were 25% up on the year before and 32% down on 2008 when they averaged at £264,625.
