The majority of sales in Mortlake during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £995,553. Flats sold for an average of £477,370, with semi-detached properties fetching £1,350,706.
Mortlake, with an overall average price of £961,520, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby East Sheen (£922,723) and Palewell (£943,513), but was more expensive than North Sheen (£668,145).
Overall sold prices in Mortlake over the last year were 15% up on the previous year and 35% up on the 2011 level of £714,615.
