The majority of sales in Mortlake during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £464,857. Terraced properties sold for an average of £991,965, with semi-detached properties fetching £1,363,986.
Mortlake, with an overall average price of £898,580, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby East Sheen (£869,764) and Palewell (£854,469), but was more expensive than North Sheen (£658,396).
Overall sold prices in Mortlake over the last year were 8% up on the previous year and 26% up on the 2011 level of £714,615.
