Most of the sales in Muxton over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £211,683. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £145,875 and flats averaged at £116,583.

Muxton, with an overall average price of £183,220 was more expensive than nearby Telford And Wrekin (£154,587) and Telford (£146,858), but was cheaper than Priorslee (£225,594).
