Most of the sales in Narberth over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £218,306. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £157,090 and semi-detached properties averaged at £136,222.

Narberth, with an overall average price of £170,382, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Amroth (£164,988), but was more expensive than Kilgetty (£159,694) and cheaper than Clynderwen (£218,333).

In the past year house prices in Narberth were 3% down on the year before and 17% down on 2008 when they averaged at £204,938.
