Most of the sales in Nascot Wood over the past year were flats which on average sold for £194,735. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £336,175 and detached properties averaged at £669,961.
Nascot Wood, with an overall average price of £334,599, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Cassiobury (£334,599), but was more expensive than Watford (£263,287) and cheaper than Croxley Green (£399,509).
In the past year house prices in Nascot Wood were 3% up on the year before and 9% up on 2007 when they averaged at £305,929.
