Most of the sales in New Cross over the past year were flats which on average sold for £266,404. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £543,866 and semi-detached properties averaged at £1,023,571.
New Cross, with an overall average price of £349,497 was cheaper than nearby New Cross Gate (£383,986), Brockley (£438,719) and Ladywell (£420,667).
In the past year house prices in New Cross were 16% up on the year before and 17% up on 2012 when they averaged at £297,495.
