The majority of sales in Newbury Park during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £258,926. Terraced properties sold for an average of £431,581, with semi-detached properties fetching £453,375.
Newbury Park, with an overall average price of £355,126, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Aldborough Hatch (£366,410) and Little Heath (£350,394), but was cheaper than Ilford (£390,513).
Overall sold prices in Newbury Park over the last year were 6% up on the previous year and 18% up on the 2014 level of £300,454.
