Last year most property sales in Norbury involved terraced properties which sold for on average £283,847. Flats sold for an average price of £203,311, while semi-detached properties fetched £385,125.
Norbury, with an overall average price of £283,532, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Upper Norwood (£277,744), but was more expensive than Thornton Heath (£214,829) and Selhurst (£184,026).
During the last year, sold prices in Norbury were 6% up on the previous year and similar to 2010 when the average house price was £280,472.
