Norbury, with an overall average price of £435,699 was more expensive than nearby Thornton Heath (£299,238), Upper Norwood (£404,665) and Selhurst (£291,515).
During the last year, sold prices in Norbury were 10% up on the previous year and 39% up on 2013 when the average house price was £312,855.
