Last year most property sales in Norbury involved terraced properties which sold for on average £441,893. Flats sold for an average price of £299,172, while semi-detached properties fetched £565,001.
Norbury, with an overall average price of £419,304, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Upper Norwood (£401,058), but was more expensive than Thornton Heath (£288,588) and Selhurst (£278,392).
During the last year, sold prices in Norbury were 11% up on the previous year and 34% up on 2013 when the average house price was £312,855.
