Norbury, with an overall average price of £378,806 was more expensive than nearby Thornton Heath (£249,117), Upper Norwood (£357,030) and Selhurst (£217,140).
During the last year, sold prices in Norbury were 15% up on the previous year and 35% up on 2012 when the average house price was £281,586.
