Last year most property sales in North East London involved flats which sold for on average £421,356. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £575,643, while semi-detached properties fetched £598,087.
North East London, with an overall average price of £506,559 was more expensive than nearby East London (£454,858), but was cheaper than North London (£730,742) and Central London (£1,666,673). The priciest area within North East London was Hackney (£616,687) and the least expensive was Redbridge (£455,935).
During the last year, sold prices in North East London were 7% up on the previous year and 31% up on 2014 when the average house price was £387,169.
