Last year most property sales in North East London involved flats which sold for on average £333,008. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £433,897, while semi-detached properties fetched £467,901.
North East London, with an overall average price of £390,015 was more expensive than nearby East London (£356,821), but was cheaper than North London (£618,061) and Central London (£1,451,305). The priciest area within North East London was Hackney (£506,929) and the least expensive was Waltham Forest (£338,142).
During the last year, sold prices in North East London were 11% up on the previous year and 25% up on 2012 when the average house price was £313,228.
