The majority of sales in North London during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £525,279. Terraced properties sold for an average of £795,553, with semi-detached properties fetching £875,078.
North London, with an overall average price of £660,695 was cheaper than nearby North West London (£702,204), Central London (£1,364,805) and West London (£1,117,980). The most expensive area within North London was Islington (£734,860) and the cheapest was Enfield (£405,813).
Overall sold prices in North London over the last year were 6% up on the previous year and 21% up on the 2013 level of £546,240.
