Last year most property sales in North Wembley involved flats which sold for on average £212,194. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £327,688, while semi-detached properties fetched £500,625.
North Wembley, with an overall average price of £289,653, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Sudbury Court (£289,653), but was more expensive than Wembley Central (£264,269) and cheaper than Sudbury (£367,021).
During the last year, sold prices in North Wembley were 12% up on the previous year and 12% up on 2010 when the average house price was £257,752.
