Old Ford, with an overall average price of £433,374, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Bow (£425,991) and South Bromley (£423,391), but was cheaper than Mile End (£499,282).

During the last year, sold prices in Old Ford were 23% up on the previous year and 41% up on 2013 when the average house price was £308,423.
