Last year most property sales in Oxted involved detached properties which sold for on average £730,054. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £369,227, while flats fetched £284,468.

Oxted, with an overall average price of £474,614 was more expensive than nearby Godstone (£301,431) and South Godstone (£349,318), but was cheaper than Woldingham (£962,431).
