The majority of sales in Patcham during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £415,934. Detached properties sold for an average of £631,113, with flats fetching £227,704.
Patcham, with an overall average price of £437,050, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Hove (£449,611), but was more expensive than Brighton (£403,016) and cheaper than Preston Park (£486,079).
Overall sold prices in Patcham over the last year were 6% up on the previous year and 21% up on the 2015 level of £362,068.
