Most of the sales in Pembrokeshire over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £236,785. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £128,862 and semi-detached properties averaged at £145,385.
The most expensive area within Pembrokeshire was Bosherston (£493,650) and the cheapest was Freshwater East (£97,556).
In the past year house prices in Pembrokeshire were similar to the year before and 5% down on 2007 when they averaged at £191,074.
