Most of the sales in Pembrokeshire over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £235,040. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £128,259 and semi-detached properties averaged at £138,497.
The most expensive area within Pembrokeshire was Freshwater East (£363,333) and the cheapest was Neyland (£109,593).
In the past year house prices in Pembrokeshire were similar to the year before and 4% down on 2007 when they averaged at £191,228.
