Most of the sales in Pembrokeshire over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £228,556. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £138,458 and terraced properties averaged at £138,847.
The most expensive area within Pembrokeshire was Bosherston (£362,300) and the cheapest was Clynderwen (£111,825).
In the past year house prices in Pembrokeshire were similar to the year before and 6% down on 2007 when they averaged at £190,662.
