Most of the sales in Pembrokeshire over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £224,939. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £134,738 and semi-detached properties averaged at £140,600.
The most expensive area within Pembrokeshire was Newport (£326,950) and the cheapest was Clynderwen (£92,650).
In the past year house prices in Pembrokeshire were 4% up on the year before and 6% down on 2007 when they averaged at £190,662.
