Most of the sales in Pembrokeshire over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £231,122. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £129,531 and semi-detached properties averaged at £143,937.
The most expensive area within Pembrokeshire was Bosherston (£493,650) and the cheapest was Freshwater East (£112,143).
In the past year house prices in Pembrokeshire were similar to the year before and 6% down on 2007 when they averaged at £191,148.
