Last year most property sales in Perranporth involved detached properties which sold for on average £368,460. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £214,300, while flats fetched £255,003.
Perranporth, with an overall average price of £272,360, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Porthtowan (£265,155), but was cheaper than St. Agnes (£364,535) and Crantock (£297,654).
During the last year, sold prices in Perranporth were 7% up on the previous year and 6% up on 2012 when the average house price was £257,641.
